Welcome, Hi, and Hello!

Hi!

I am feeling very over it with the classic introduction. I write to you today from my historical soft porn class, The Romance. I read the book we are talking about today. Something Like Love by Beverly Jenkins. I liked it! I actually liked it a lot because I believed the erotica and I found the characters warm and familiar. I also liked that this story actually took time to flesh out its background characters and its town. If there's anything about me, it's that I love a found family/strong community theme. 

Anyway, I think I am going to use this blog as a sort of diary-refined-for-the-public-eye sort of thing. I want to talk about books, music, poems, philosophy, my life, little stories, and just basically stuff that I am learning and thinking about. I want this to be a sort of time capsule of this time in my life. Basically, I am going to write about whatever I want to and you can read whatever you want to and it'll be nice and symbiotic and chill. 

Okay, well, that's all for now. We'll see how this goes. I'm excited.
